Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet, which was nice, but they were a bit small, and parking was challenging. The service was courteous, and the staff welcomed us, but there was an issue with resetting the TVs and an incident with my personal toiletries being taken. The location was great, with easy parking and close proximity to Fresno State and Table Mountain, but the noise from a nearby nightclub kept me up all night. The dining experience was just okay, with packaged breakfast options that were a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a decent stay but had its drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms looked very run down and could definitely use some updating, but the morning breakfast was convenient. The service was a bit lacking as they charged me a $250.00 deposit, but Ruby was a standout staff member. The location was both great and convenient, but being next to a nightclub made it hard to get any sleep. The dining experience was basic and started late, not meeting expectations. Overall, there were some positives and negatives to consider during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and fit our needs, but the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy and the air in the rooms smelled stale. The hotel staff was awesome, especially Ruby, but there was a downside as they allowed a loud party to go on all night and even took some of my personal shampoo and facial cleanser bottles. The location was convenient for my visit to Fresno State and Table Mountain, with easy parking, but the neighborhood had limited activities. The dining options were average with just basic waffles and odd-tasting eggs. Despite these drawbacks, the accessibility and cleanliness of the parking area were positives.
